CR employees: the EFR certificate

BPA’s human resources policy favours diversity, stable and quality employment, as well as work-family conciliation. In 2012 BPA renewed the EFR certificate (Empresa Familiarment Responsable, meaning Family-Responsible Company), an award granted by Fundación MásFamilia with the support of the Spanish Ministry of Health, Social Policy and Equality. As a Family-Responsible Company, BPA aims at making constant progress regarding work-family conciliation and equal opportunities policies.

CR in the social – cultural – sports sphere

BPA develops several activities aimed at the community with actions in the social, cultural and sports spheres.

In the cultural sphere, BPA cooperates in the organization of several popular festivities in the Principality of Andorra, as a way of contributing to keep alive traditions and popular culture.

With regard to social action, BPA sponsors, through the Andorran Banks Association (ABA), several projects carried out by entities such as Unicef, Mans Unides, Red Cross, CCIS, Infants del Món or Càritas. Besides, in the Latin American countries where it has presence, BPA cooperates with local social institutions to carry out community assistance projects.

In the sports sphere, BPA cooperates with several initiatives related to mountain sports, thus promoting Andorra abroad and giving support to young Andorran sportsmen and sportswomen. One of the leading projects is the sponsorship of the BPA GSeries championship.

Banca Privada d’Andorra Private Foundation

The Fundació Banca Privada d’Andorra is a non-profit organization that gives support to projects and services which represent an improvement in the citizens’ lives in welfare, socio-labour and environmental areas. This foundation promotes its own projects, but also other initiatives in cooperation with different associations and companies with which it continues building a support network.
