The Fundació Privada BPA, together with the BPA Group, started up in 2010 a work-study scholarship program for youngsters who are at least 16 years-old.

This program lasts two months and its main aim is to offer those youngsters an overview of the day-to-day life of a bank and allow them acquiring work habits and specific training related to the financial world.

This first work experience can help them define their vocation and allow them to improve their options to find a job in the future.
