In October 2010 the Fundació Privada BPA and the University of Andorra signed an agreement to promote a program of Update and Postgraduate courses related to social issues.
This agreement formalizes the cooperation between both entities, which started in 2006. The aim is to combine efforts to encourage the training of professionals who are specialized in helping the most vulnerable people.
This cooperation resulted in:
- Two rounds of the Postgraduate course in Children’s Rights and Development, organized jointly with Unicef, Unesco, University of Andorra and IUNDIA (Instituto Universitario de Necesidades y Derechos de la Infancia y la Adolescencia).
- Two rounds of the Update course in International Cooperation and Volunteering organized by the department UdA Solidària of the University of Andorra.
- A Postgraduate course in autism spectrum disorders (ASD) organized by the association AUTEA and the Nostra Senyora de Meritxell Special Needs School.
